BABA-W (09988.HK) announced the open sourcing of the industry's first video generation model using the Mixture of Experts (MoE) architecture, Wan2.2. This model enables precise movie-grade control, which is expected to highly enhance creators' and developers' ability to generate movie-grade videos with a single click. The Wan2.2 series includes the text-to-video model Wan2.2-T2V-A14B, the image-to-video model Wan2.2-I2V-A14B, and the unified video generation model Wan2.2-TI2V-5B, capable of handling both text-to-video and image-to-video tasks within a single framework.
